*Float to Hickman as needed*
Must have a teamwork approach and meet ProMedica behavioral expectations. Must be able to adhere to Call off policy -STRONGLY ENFORCED

Patient Age Group - Adults and Geriatrics
Staffing Ratios 1:6 all shifts
Within acute care service line, floating also to 2 South and 4 North Acute Care units. Float to ICU for intermediate care type patients not quite ready to come out of ICU when needed. Will float to other areas as needed and will be given and assignment appropriate to experience and scope of practice including ER and Behavioral Health.
Every Other Weekend Required - 12 weekends shifts per contract (Weekends Required - weekends are considered Saturday and Sunday for both Night and Day shifts)
No locals accepted 50 miles or less
Medication System Pyxis
Epic preferred
Patient Diagnoses: Covid, Stroke, NSTEMI, Chest Pain, AKI, Pneumonia, COPD Exacerbation, CHF Exacerbation, Cellulitis, AMS
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Intermediate Care Unit, Pilot Team Nursing Model (RN, LPN for 7 patients)
Special Equipment: Safe Patient Handling Equipment
ACLS, BCLS, NIH Required
Telemetry Required
2 Years Minimum Experience Required
Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler if greater than 3 years of experience
Scrub color Navy
Pay Rate
$54.96 - $59.84/hour
