Position / Specialty: OR RN - looking for an RN with strong Neuro experience
Start date: ASAP
Schedule: Nights 4x10 2100-0730, NO CALL
Ratios: N/A
Years of experience Req: Would like someone with at least 3-4 years experience for this opening, an RN with strong experience, to circulate cardiac and transplant cases. Preferred if they were skilled in many service lines (ie: Exp in Cardiac/Robot).
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend Req: TBD
Certs Req: BLS
May also need to do charge duties.
Floating within Hospital: Yes
Floating to sister Hospitals: No
Open to accommodating block schedule: No – unless posting states otherwise

RTO Restrictions: 1 Week Max
Ave daily census: 50-75 Rooms: 28 Floating to other specialties if slow Patient Population: Orthopedic sports (limited total joints) lots of minimally invasive arthroscopic and, laparoscopic, cases, Robotics, General, GYN, URO, and Plastics.
Experience with Neuro, Spine, Thoracic and Vascular a plus. Very busy, high acuity academic environment
Guaranteed Hours:
In the event of low census Healthcare Providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call (for standard on-call rate) in *** hour increments up to 1 shifts worth of hours in a 2 week cycle.
For ambulatory or surgical services areas that are closed on weekends and holidays, Hospitals will not schedule travelers or meet the minimum during these periods.
