**REQUIRED: EVD, Crani and Burr holes**
**Need STRONG Neuro experience**
Position / Specialty: 2W Neuro ICU/ RN
Start date: ASAP 6/22
Shift: Nights 3x12s 1900-0730 Nights
Duration: 13 Weeks
-Tele is Required** Must be Proficient in Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, **there will be a test**
Ratios: Days 1:2 and Nights 1:2
First-timers accepted: (Y/N): Auto offer seasoned traveler, please screen 1st time travelers if they have prior Level 1 trauma and strong work history
Years of experience REQ: 2 years
Weekend REQ: Every other
Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Patient population:
The Neuroscience ICU is a TJC comprehensive accredited stroke unit. The patient population is primarily Neuroscience with some medical and surgical overflow. The neurosurgical conditions are hemorrhagic stroke ,SAH, aneurysms and other vascular malformations that require open or endovascular intervention. Mild to severe TBI and SCI. Planned surgical removal of tumors. Primary neurological conditions are Ischemic stroke requiring tpa and or thrombectomy Seizure disorders and neuro infections.
