**REDUCED Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) Job - 20 Hours NBO vs. Standard 40 NBO**

What are expected ratios? 1:16
Special requirements: This role requires the case manager to be able to cover any of the acute departments in the hospital. ICU, medical, med-surg, tele, obs unit, ED.
