Registered Nurse (RN)
Provide safe, compassionate, and comprehensive nursing care to patients across a variety of healthcare settings. The Registered Nurse will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor clinical conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient responses to treatment.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatments, and discharge needs.
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and nursing standards.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay Rate
$38.05 - $42.93/hour
