Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical or hospital setting. The RN will assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other prescribed treatments
  • Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, laboratory results, and responses to treatment
  • Coordinate and evaluate patient care throughout the course of treatment
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge planning
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, patient safety standards, and facility policies
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education activities
  • Foster a safe, compassionate, and patient-focused care environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program
  • Current BLS certification required
  • ACLS, PALS, or other specialty certifications as required by the assigned unit
  • Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN preferred
  • Specialty certification relevant to the assigned unit (e.g., CCRN, CMSRN, CEN, CNOR, RNC-OB) preferred
  • Previous travel or contract nursing experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and patient education skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules as required

Pay Rate
$38.05 - $42.93/hour
