Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality, and patient-centered nursing care across various healthcare settings. The Registered Nurse will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and evaluate patient health status
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs
• Administer medications, IV therapies, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to treatments and interventions
• Recognize changes in patient condition and provide appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide direct patient care while maintaining safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Operate and monitor medical equipment according to patient needs and clinical guidelines
• Assist with procedures, emergency interventions, and other patient care activities as required
• Participate in care coordination, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives
• Follow infection prevention practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Advocate for patients and promote a positive healthcare experience
Required Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent RN experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and clinical practices
• Excellent assessment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
• Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care
Pay Rate
$38.05 - $42.93/hour
