Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of health status
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
• Monitor patient responses and recognize changes in condition requiring intervention
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and regulatory standards
• Operate and monitor medical equipment as required by patient needs and assigned unit
• Support care coordination, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-centered care environment


Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications preferred based on assignment requirements
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred

Pay Rate
$34.44 - $39.32/hour
