Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient condition, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective and safe patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical findings.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures safely.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health management.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and progress notes.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$28.93 - $33.81/hour
