Location:Edward, IL
Bill rate: 99 before Admin fees
Class/Area:RN/Picu/Peds
Desired Start Date: 6/14
Length of Assignment: 12 weeks
Schedule Details:12hr Night
Hours per Week: 36hrs
Shift and Time: 7p-7:30am
Orientation: 1 shift; 12 hours, 6 hours non-billable
Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend; with the option to be removed from weekends to help during week coverage if needed
On-call Requirements: NA
Holidays Requirements: REQUIRED: July 3rd/July 4th
Floating Requirements: yes- Edward NICU or Elmhurst SCN
Experience Required: Tertiary PICU
Experience Preferred:
License Required: RN Illinois
Certificates Required: BLS / PALS
Needed to Submit: Current resume, 1 reference from a Picu supervisor within a year, skills checklist, verification of IL lic
