Job Title: Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry
38 bed unit Ratio 1:5. Adults (over the age of 65)-Common DX: Trauma, Fall, Fractures, MVC -Trauma patients, Heparin drips and all acute medications as ordered. experience in geriatrics, trauma, ortho trauma, familiar with hospital acquired delerium prevention, early mobility, HAPI prevention, Falls prevention, comfortable with family communication/involvement- Specialty equipment: gait belts, geriatric chairs, PT Equipment
BLS/ACLS required. MUST have documented med/tele exp. and checklist
NO RTO EPIC EMR.. Please load all demographic info, including a badge appropriate photo
Pay Rate
$49.49 - $54.37/hour
