Facility Address: 514 Cleveland Street, Great Bend, KS 67530
Position Title: Medical/Surgical RN
Part-time or Full-time: Fulltime
Shift times and shift length: Days & Nights - 12 hr shifts; 36 hours/week with OT available. Self scheduling - but must have wiggle room to move if everyone schedules on the same day.
Weekend Requirement: Every-other weekends required (Can also work every Saturday or every Sunday, as long as they are working half of the weekend shifts every month)
On-Call Requirement: Minimal on-call required
Holiday Requirement: Every-other holiday required - holidays are assigned and rotated every year.
Floating Requirements: May float to other units within scope of practice

Base Hourly Pay/Salary Range: Min: $28/hr | Mid: $37/hr | Max: Not provided
Shift differentials for weekends & nights.

Job Description/General Duties: Under the supervision of the nursing department’s management, the RN assumes the responsibility for the nursing processes of assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation needed to deliver safe, evidence based care within their scope of practice.
Minimum Requirements: Nursing degree; RN compact or KS license. BLS required, can get ACLS & PALS once hired. Entry level position - will hire new grads. Would take personality over skills they can train - looking for professional, driven & kind candidates.
Pay Rate
$28.00 - $37.00/hour
