Job Details
Start Date: 7/1
Bill Rate: 82 before Admin fees
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 12hr Night 7p-7a
Experience Requirements: EPIC Charting, 2 years of strong Med/Surg. Neuro preferred.
License/ Certification Requirements: IL License, BLS, NIHSS
Floating Requirements: As Needed to other MS units
Weekend Requirements: E/O Weekend
On-Call Requirements: none
Holiday Requirements: As Needed
Notes:
Nurse/Patient ratio 1/5 or 1/6. Neuro patient population including but not limited to stroke patients, neurosurgical patients ( Spine, cranial, and ENT), seizure patients etc.
Needed to submit: Resume (updated), Skills Checklist (completed within 12 months), 1 Reference (completed within 12 months), IL License Verification
Orientation: Wed/Thursdays
Credentials due Thursday before start
Orientation hours: 16hrs nonbillable
