Experience Requirements: EPIC Charting, 2 years of strong Med/Surg. TELE background preferred.
License/ Certification Requirements: IL License, BLS, ACLS
Floating Requirements: As Needed to other MS units
Weekend Requirements: E/O Weekend
On-Call Requirements: none
Holiday Requirements: As Needed
Needed to submit: Resume (updated), Skills Checklist (completed within 12 months), 1 Reference (completed within 12 months), IL License Verification. Passed EKG test 80% or higher
Orientation: Wednesdays
Credentials due Thursday before start
Orientation hours: 12 hours - 6 nonbillable
