Job Details
Bill Rate: $88.50 before admin fees
Class/Area: RN / Nursing Resouce Office (Tele Float Pool)
Start Date: 10/12 or 10/26
Orientation Schedule: Day 1 & 2 - NEO/CST at KC Campus. Day 3 is Liberty Hospital ori & Clinical ori, Day 4 is continued Clinical ori, Day 5 will be completing computer work, then dismissed to units - varies by unit.
Non-Billable Ori: 8 hours
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 12-hour Nights, 1845-0715
Floating Requirements: Based off skills and 1st to float
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
On-Call Requirements: None
Holiday Requirements: Yes, some required
Experience Requirements: Telemetry experience at a minimum (Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitroglycerin)
Experience Preferred: Progressive Care (Step-Down) (Levophed, Nicardipine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Neosynepherine, Dobutamine) and ICU would also be great.
Will the client accept new graduates? No
License/Certification Requirements: RN; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (TNCC required only if ICU candidate)
Client Specific Notes: Submittal Requirements: KU Submittal Form | Smoke-free facility | Client is allowed the cancelation of one shift per pay period at no cost to the client and no pay to the employee. Will provide a minimum 2 hours notice.
EMR: Altera Sunrise (formerly known as Allscripts). Candidates are not required to have any experience with this - it is noted to be extremely similar to Cerner!
Creds Due: Monday - one week before start date
Payroll: Biweekly
