Start Date: Every Other Wed - 7/1
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 12hr Night 7p-7a
Experience Requirements: EPIC Charting, 2 years of strong ICU Experience. Cardiac stepdown experience
License/ Certification Requirements: IL License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Floating Requirements: Required
Weekend Requirements: Every other
On-Call Requirements: none
Holiday Requirements: As Needed

Needed to submit: Resume (updated), Skills Checklist (completed within 12 months), 1 Reference (completed within 12 months), IL License Verification
Orientation: Wed/Thursdays
