Job Details
Start Date: 2 Weeks from Offer-
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 12hr Night- Weekends Contract - This schedule would include every Friday and Saturday night, plus either Thursday or Sunday night.
Bill Rate: $86 Before Admin Fees
Experience Requirements: EPIC Charting, 2 years of strong ICU Experience
License/ Certification Requirements: IL License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Floating Requirements: As Needed
Weekend Requirements: As Needed- typically every other
On-Call Requirements: none
Holiday Requirements: As Needed
Notes: Cardiac-Neuro ICU (CNICU)
36 bed ICU 12 Neuro, 12 Cardiac, 12 medical surgical ICU
Nurse to patient ratio: 1:2 or 2-3 depending on acuity
Needed to submit: Resume (updated), Skills Checklist (completed within 12 months), 1 Reference (completed within 12 months), IL License Verification
Orientation: Wed/Thursdays
Credentials due Thursday before start
Orientation hours: 6 hrs pay no bill
