Job Details
Start Date: Asap- 2 weeks from offer
Location: Evanston, IL
Contract: 6 weeks
Scheduled details: Nights 7p-7a- 36 hours/week
On-call Requirement: n/a
Floating requirements: Could float to other Northshore hospital ICUs
Weekend Requirements:6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule
Holiday Requirement: Required on rotation
Experience Requirements: 2 years ICU
License/ Certification Requirements: Active IL lic, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS
Notes: May extend to 8 weeks. Epic experience,
*submit with a passed EKG test, Resume, 1 reference from the past year, skills checklist, all active certifications

Pay Rate
$60.98 - $65.85/hour
