Location: Evanston, IL
BIll Rate: $86 before fees
Start Date: 2 Weeks from Offer
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 36 hours, Day
Experience Requirements: EPIC Charting, 2 years of strong ICU experience (specifically Neuro and Stroke), submit with a passed EKG test
Ratio: 1:2, sometimes 1:3
License/ Certification Requirements: IL License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Floating Requirements: Must be flexible to float to other units and potentially other facilities: Skokie, Highland Park, Glenbrook
Weekend Requirements: E/O Weekend
On-Call Requirements: none
Holiday Requirements: As Needed

Needed to submit: Resume (updated), Skills Checklist (completed within 12 months), 1 Reference (completed within 12 months), IL License Verification Must have a passed EKG test of 80% or higher at submission.

$61.79 - $66.67/hour
