Location: Glenview, IL NorthShore
Start: 6/22
Rate: $103 before admin fees
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Schedule details: 40 hours per week | M-F x 4 10 HOUR SHIFTS | 6:30-5P
Experience required: RN CVOR - Circulate and scrub preferred | Epic, 2 yrs plus years of core experience, 1 travel contract under belt, Must be proficient experience in Cardiac-Open Heart and Endo Vascular/ Open Vascular procedures. scrub and circulate preferred
Experience preferred: RN CVOR - Circulate and scrub preferred
License? Certification Required: IL License
Float Requirements: as needed
Weekend Requirements: as needed
On-Call Requirements: $8 before fees, 2hr minimum call back
Holiday Requirements: as needed
Notes: Glenbrook is a CV institute open heart and vascular
Orientation: and day during the week
Credentials: Due Thursday before start. | Need CBC, DS & QuantiFERON gold - within 90days
