Radiology Technologist (CT/XR)

Position Summary

Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging procedures to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. Operate imaging equipment safely, obtain high-quality images, and provide compassionate care throughout examinations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT examinations according to established protocols.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
  • Operate CT and radiographic equipment safely and effectively.
  • Obtain high-quality images and ensure proper positioning and technique.
  • Administer contrast media as authorized and monitor patients for reactions.
  • Follow radiation safety and ALARA principles.
  • Maintain accurate and timely imaging documentation.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report technical issues.
  • Follow infection-control and patient safety standards.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT certification in Radiography required; CT certification preferred or required as applicable.
  • Current state radiologic technologist license, if required.
  • Previous CT and X-ray experience preferred.
  • Strong technical, communication, patient-care, and attention-to-detail skills.

Pay Rate
$83.33 - $88.21/hour
