Radiation Therapist – Honolulu
We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to provide safe and accurate radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist.
Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments using specialized equipment.
- Position patients accurately and verify treatment setup before each session.
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment and follow radiation safety protocols.
- Monitor patients during treatment and report changes or concerns.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, and the oncology care team.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
- Active Hawaii Radiation Therapist license/certification as required.
- ARRT (T) certification preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, oncology procedures, and patient care.
- Previous Radiation Oncology experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$100,000.00 - $112,000.00/year
