Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitation services and support patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility, and balance training.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.
- Document treatments and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other rehabilitation staff.
- Promote safe mobility and functional independence.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient mobility techniques.
- Previous inpatient, long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$58.94 - $63.82/hour
