Physical Therapist (PT)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical, mobility, and functional limitations. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify physical and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.
- Assist patients with mobility, balance, strength, and functional activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable state.
- Previous physical therapy experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
