HOSPITAL MANAGERS HANDLE THE INTERVIEWS

****HOUSING IS VERY DIFFICULT WITH PETS - CC MUST PUT IN A SPECIAL HOUSING FINDS PRIOR TO PLACEMENT***

- 5 visits per 8 hr day. 40 hours per week. M-F
- 5 cases per day on average
- Chartin System - Netsmart (formerly Allscripts)
- OR license required at time of submit
- Other screening tips - we need someone who is a fast learner, self-starter, able to get up to speed quickly.

Pay Rate
$68.29 - $73.17/hour
