Job Title: Psyche Social Health Tech
Psyche Social Health Tech is dedicated to improving mental and behavioral health outcomes through innovative technology solutions, data-driven care, and compassionate support. We work at the intersection of healthcare and technology to empower individuals, providers, and communities with accessible behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and screenings.
- Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Monitor client progress and document interventions accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, care coordinators, and technology teams.
- Provide behavioral health education, coaching, and support to clients and families.
- Assist with crisis intervention and escalation procedures when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, organizational policies, and applicable regulations.
- Utilize digital health platforms and electronic health records to manage client information and track outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health required.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Behavioral Health, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or behavioral health challenges.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and case management skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs) and digital healthcare tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
- Professional certification or licensure in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in telehealth, digital health, or health technology environments.
- Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
- Experience with population health management and care coordination.
Pay Rate
$36.71 - $41.59/hour
