Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical, mobility, and functional limitations. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical and functional evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and mobility training.
- Assess and improve gait, balance, strength, range of motion, and coordination.
- Assist patients with transfers, ambulation, and appropriate assistive devices.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and safety.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety, infection prevention, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation, rehabilitation, and treatment techniques.
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, professional, and patient-focused.
Pay Rate
$68.09 - $72.97/hour
