Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with physical, mobility, and functional limitations. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, function, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and mobility training.
- Perform gait, balance, strength, and range-of-motion interventions.
- Assist patients with transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, and safety.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Communicate patient progress with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety, infection prevention, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist license as required.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation, rehabilitation, and treatment techniques.
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, dependable, professional, and patient-focused.
Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
