Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients and provide individualized rehabilitation services to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on exercises, mobility, and home-care programs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current and active Physical Therapist license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$97,000.00 - $139,000.00/year
