Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients with physical impairments, injuries, illnesses, or functional limitations. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and enhance patient independence and quality of life.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility activities
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal functional outcomes
• Perform reassessments and update treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical needs
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Assist patients with improving strength, endurance, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including evaluations, progress notes, treatment records, and discharge summaries
• Participate in care coordination, discharge planning, and recommendations for continued therapy services
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards
• Promote patient-centered care and encourage active participation in rehabilitation goals


Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Physical Therapist experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles, anatomy, therapeutic techniques, and patient care practices
• Excellent clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care

Pay Rate
$66.37 - $71.24/hour
