Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and provide rehabilitative services to patients with physical impairments or functional limitations. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$64.09 - $68.96/hour
