Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients with injuries, illnesses, disabilities, and functional limitations. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and support patients in achieving improved mobility, independence, and quality of life.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility activities
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal functional outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety techniques, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and treatment records
• Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued care
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Promote patient-centered care and encourage active participation in rehabilitation goals


Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of Physical Therapist experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles, anatomy, therapeutic techniques, and patient care practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care

Pay Rate
$56.48 - $61.36/hour
