Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitation services under the direction of a Physical Therapist and help patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on exercises, mobility, and home-care programs.
- Maintain a safe treatment environment and follow patient-care standards.
- Document treatments and patient responses accurately.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current and active PTA license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous rehabilitation or clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$66,000.00 - $85,000.00/year
