Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitation services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and help patients improve mobility and function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments according to established care plans.
- Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, and functional activities.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on exercises and safe mobility techniques.
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records.
- Follow patient safety and infection-control standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current PTA license/registration as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$66,000.00 - $85,000.00/year
