Will position float between units: No
Is on-call required? Yes Overnight hours for patient care requiring a pharmacist
Are weekends required? Yes 0730-1700
Are block schedules required? Yes
What are expected ratios? 1 pharmacist: 25 patient
Special requirements: Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred, Epic experience preferred
Are 48 hours approved: No
