Permanent Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services and help patients improve mobility, strength, functional independence, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs.
Promote safe movement, independence, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current PT license as required by the state.
Current BLS certification.
Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
