Permanent Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide quality rehabilitation services and help patients improve mobility, strength, functional independence, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs.
Promote safe movement, independence, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current PT license as required by the applicable state.
Current BLS certification.
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
