Occupational Therapist

Position Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional challenges. The OT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ independence and ability to perform daily activities.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment.
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Follow safety, infection control, and professional standards.
Maintain a supportive, patient-centered treatment environment.

Qualifications

Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state Occupational Therapist license.
Previous clinical experience preferred.
Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Pay Rate
$60.00 - $65.00/hour
