Permanent Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive impairments. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional skills.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$40.00 - $44.00/hour
