Permanent Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Rehabilitation to lead and oversee rehabilitation services. The Director of Rehabilitation will manage therapy operations, support clinical staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while promoting positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of rehabilitation services and therapy staff.
• Supervise, mentor, and support rehabilitation team members.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy services and patient care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and departmental workflow.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist, as applicable.
• Graduation from an accredited therapy program.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage clinical operations and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Previous rehabilitation leadership or management experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$80,000.00 - $115,000.00/year
