Rehabilitation Therapy – Occupational Therapist
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress toward functional goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily functioning.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and functional independence.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and safety modifications as appropriate.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and safe daily activities.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and treatments.
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Previous rehabilitation or clinical experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
