EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required upon submission.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
GSR Interventional Care:
ACLS required.
Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.
Recent Acute Care Experience required for consideration. (PCU, ICU)

Position Urgency:
Normal

Shifts:
Nights (1900-0730) occasional weekends required.
