Position: Pharmacist
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services across main and satellite clinic settings. Delivers direct patient care to a wide range of populations including neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients. Ensures safe and effective medication use while maintaining high standards of care and compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient settings
- Manage and review medication therapies for patients
- Support and supervise pharmacy staff including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants
- Participate in clinical programs and contribute to service improvements
- Oversee operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Advanced Role Responsibilities (if applicable):
- Deliver specialized clinical pharmacy services
- Manage pharmacy-based clinics and programs
- Analyze and improve clinical services and patient outcomes
- Provide leadership and administrative oversight
Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted pharmacy license in the U.S.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
- Minimum 1 year of clinical pharmacy experience
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
Schedule:
- 4 x 10-hour shifts (variable start times: 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 12:00 PM)
- Includes weekdays and potential weekend shifts
- Rotational shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Additional Information:
- Fingerprinting clearance required prior to start
- Experience with EMR systems such as Allscripts preferred

Pay Rate
$75.71 - $80.59/hour
