Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide evaluation and rehabilitation services to help patients improve their independence and ability to perform daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, and mobility.
- Help patients regain independence with daily living activities.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive techniques as needed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Valid OT license as required by state regulations.
- Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
