Position Title: Occupational Therapist
Part-time or Full-time: Full time
Shift times and shift length: Days 8a-5p (5 days/week)
Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend every 6-7 weeks, inpatient coverage
On-Call Requirement: None
Holiday Requirement: ~1 holiday per year, inpatient coverage
Floating Requirements: 90-95% outpatient OT clinic | 5-10% inpatient services
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Base Hourly Pay/Salary Range: Min: $30/hr | Mid: $41/hr | Max: Not provided

Job Description/General Duties: The Occupational Therapist works as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team. They perform an individualized evaluation, design goal-directed customized interventions to improve the person's ability to perform daily activities, and periodically review the patient's performance to ensure that the goals are being met and/or make changes to the intervention plan.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in OT required. Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred. Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) - State Board of Healing Arts. AHA BLS required. Ideally looking for a candidate that has or would be willing to get additional training to become a Certified Hand Therapist.
Pay Rate
$30.00 - $41.00/hour
