Duties:
Job Summary:
Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling. null
Skills:
Required Skills & Experience:
-Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.

Reports directly to DON. Provides leadership and oversight to designated Med/Surg departments as needed.
The following but not limited to: Staffing, scheduling, performance management, quality and safety, patient centered principles.
