Position Summary
The Provider is responsible for delivering telehealth-based pain management services to new and established patients. This role includes conducting patient evaluations, managing treatment plans, prescribing medications within scope of practice, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory and consent requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth patient evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Provide pain management services for new and established patients
- Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, within legal scope of practice
- Complete accurate and timely documentation using SOAP notes and required clinical forms
- Review and utilize patient pain questionnaires to support treatment planning
- Ensure all required patient consent forms are completed and maintained
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Maintain compliance with clinical, legal, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active professional license in the applicable state required
- Minimum of 1 year of pain management experience required
- Experience providing telehealth services preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Knowledge of pain management treatment protocols and controlled substance prescribing regulations
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and manage patient care efficiently
Pay Rate
$33.00 - $55.00/hour
