Nurse Manager
Position Summary
Oversee nursing staff and daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Supervise nursing personnel, coordinate staffing, monitor performance, and support compliance with clinical and patient safety standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise, lead, and support nursing staff in daily operations.
Develop staff schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
Monitor patient care quality and ensure adherence to clinical standards.
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to nursing personnel.
Assist with developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
Monitor patient outcomes and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and proper reporting.
Address patient and staff concerns and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Promote infection control, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
Current and active RN license in the applicable state.
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience required.
Clinical experience in the relevant healthcare setting preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage staffing, prioritize responsibilities, and lead a nursing team effectively.
Pay Rate
$98.86 - $103.74/hour
