Nurse Manager – Infusion Services
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Infusion Services to oversee daily clinical operations, nursing staff, and quality patient care within an infusion services setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff providing infusion therapies.
- Coordinate daily staffing, patient flow, and clinical operations.
- Ensure safe administration of IV medications and infusion treatments.
- Monitor quality, patient safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff while supporting professional development.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous infusion, oncology, or ambulatory nursing experience preferred.
- Prior nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay Rate
$104,000.00 - $145,000.00/year
