MT / MLT
We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) to perform laboratory testing accurately and efficiently while supporting quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other specimens.
- Prepare, process, and analyze specimens according to established procedures.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Review test results for accuracy and report critical or abnormal findings appropriately.
- Follow laboratory safety, quality control, and infection prevention standards.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree for MLT or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science/related field for MT.
- Current ASCP or equivalent certification as applicable.
- Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, testing methods, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and teamwork skills.
Pay Rate
$41.41 - $46.29/hour
